All bookings made through our website, WhatsApp or phone are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Noor Elite Rent A Car. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.
Renters choosing self-drive must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CNIC and driving license. A security deposit may be required at the time of pickup.
All customers must present a valid original CNIC (and driving license for self-drive rentals) at the time of vehicle handover. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without valid identification.
Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and, where available, bank transfer or mobile wallet payments.
Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may not be refunded.
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
Any extension to the agreed rental period must be requested and approved in advance and will be charged at the applicable daily rate.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
